I´m a Tunisian citizen and resident in Germany. After returning from my vacation in Tunisia, I brought a gold ring worth over 430 euros (1401,4 euros) . I didn´t know I had to declare it. Customs found the item and I paid the tax at the airport. Now I received an Anhörungsbogen and I need help answering it properly.
I want to avoid legal consequences or mistakes in my statement. Can you help me with this please ?
