Entry and residency into Germany for foreigners

Good afternoon    I write to you to ask for guidance in the following situation, i  am married and registered in Germany been daughter of an english father and argentine mother. I have passports of both these countries and now my parents, of which one is blind and needs full time care need to come to Germany to live near me and my husband for care reasons as i am their only daughter.  Father has a british nationality and passport and mother has argentine nationality and passport.  We understand that they need to get into Germany and register themselves in view of getting residency permit and also health insurance coverage.  The Argentine embassy say that since 2016 Brexit the regulations have changed so we need to know what is required now.  Please could you tell me how to proceed in this case?  Many thanks.

Antwort vom Rechtsanwalt: Dear questionnaire,   I like to answer to your question as follows. Both of your parents need a long term residence permit for Germany, what they can get, when they are old and helpless and you can give them support in Germany.   It needs a special application at the German Embassy in the land, where they are living now and is a rather complicated procedure. If you like, I can give you support at this, as I do migrations rights during 10 years by now.   We had to talk about the fees however, as I cannot work for the fees of the flat rate on this subject.
