Extradition

Question

I British authorities are attempting to extradite me from Germany to Britain for violating a court order.   Specifically this is for using social media and using encryption.    Nothing illegal was done on social media. It was purely just the act of using these things when a court order forbade it.    I'm aware of precedential cases where the internet is considered a human right in the European Union.    With this on mind and the fact Germany will not extradite for something which isn't also a crime in Germany.    1. Can I be extradited.  2. Where can I find a lawyer to help stop these attempts to extradite me?

Antwort vom Rechtsanwalt: Dear advice seeker,    The matter cannot be reliably examined without any starting point for previous acts and actions against court orders.    It should be noted, however, that after the BREXIT, Germany can extradite foreign citizens to Great Britain.    But there would be a request for legal assistance to Germany, in which you would then be heard by the German authorities. If you have this letter with the specific allegations, you can submit this to a German lawyer, including me.    There is initially no basic right on the Internet as you described. You are probably referring to freedom of expression here, with which you are likely to have encroached on the rights of third parties.    Best Regards    Fricke  RA
