Klage führen in USA wegen Beleidigung

Vorgeschichte:
Ich habe im e-bay USA im Dez 2006 ein Buch gekauft, welches ich nicht erhalten habe. Bezahlt habe ich über PayPal; PayPal hat mir den gezahlten Betrag zurück erstattet.

Nachfolgend findet sich der letzte Teil des e-mail Schriftwechsels der sich daraus ergeben hat.

Fragen dazu:

Ist es möglich / erfolgversprechend gegen diese Person von Deutschland aus in den USA rechtlich vorzugehen?

Sind e-mails bei einer Klage als Beweis ausreichend?

Wie würde man das sinnvollerweise angehen?

o.k. let´s come back to the problem.

Is that realy all you got from them after month of investigation? 3 lines standard text without name and date. My be they delivered the parcel to someone but not to me. It will be interesting to see their records. (How did they manage customs? What name and signature is on their data logger?)

That is the next step: We need the records to see what happened and it is urgent now. We lost so many month and the chance to get the book back gets smaller and smaller.

Again Frank: I haven´t got the Book and I see no reason to refund the money.

Look at the tracking Information. It indicates that the book was delivered. WHY YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY OR THE BOOK, WHICH ARE NOT YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
